Our Mission: To educate, train and prevent; seafarers from running the risk the loss of life and career due to poor health and lifestyle decisions; to encourage the shipping industry to take a proactive rather than reactive approach to health and fitness at sea. I want to encourage and educate the shipping industry about the health benefits but also the risks involved in leading an unfit and unhealthy lifestyle.
