The Company was established in 2023 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-112 with a 100% share of the Tashkent City Municipality. This Decree also determines increasing the Company's authorised capital to 1 trillion sums (equivalent to 80.5 million USD).
The Company was created to fulfil the task of a “bridge” between the state and business entities and is aimed at assisting the development of the Tashkent City infrastructure. The Company actively participates in the implementation of the socio-economic development program of Tashkent, which will progressively elevate the city to a fundamentally new level in the world capitals ranking.
The goal of the Company's activities is to transform the city of Tashkent into one of the most convenient cities for living by implementing modern management principles and a mutually beneficial cooperation system between the state and business entities. This includes improving the efficiency of existing resources, enhancing social infrastructure and architectural appearance, as well as increasing comfortable spaces and green areas for the city's population.
