Havat Hashomer Alumni Association is a network of former commanders and staff from Havat Hashomer – a unique IDF base built on the belief in human potential.
The alumni association was founded with the vision of creating a community that supports one another both personally and professionally and leverages our collective strength to have a positive impact on Israeli society. Our mission is to build a strong, active and meaningfull network.
We are people (mainly woman) who led soldiers guided by these values — and we continue with our dedication to ”Tikun olam”, inspiration, and leadership.
