Shanghai NewMed Medical Co., Ltd, established in 2015, is a high-tech medical device company that is dedicated to the R&D and industrialization of transcatheter heart valve, with a complete independent R&D, testing and production capacity. NewMed Medical has applied for more than 170 inventions and utility model patents in China since establishment.
NewMed Medical has put together a comprehensive portfolio of artificial heart valve and transcatheter implantation system, and provides the leading comprehensive innovative solutions of valve interventional therapy. The National Medical Products Administration (“NMPA”) of China has recognized numbers of NewMed Medical’s independently developed products as innovative medical devices that are qualified for an expedited Special Review. Numbers of products have entered the registered clinical stage. These innovative products will benefit the public by simplifying the replacement surgery and reducing treatment risks.
