Shanghai BST owns 3 subsidiaries, namely, Shanghai BST Electric Co.,Ltd., Shanghai BST Door Co.,Ltd. and Shanghai BNK Cable Co.,Ltd. and it set up branch offices in Beijing, Shenyang,etc. In addition, BST also established production, assembly and logistics bases in Jiashan, Tianjin and Guangdong Province with its business covering 83 countries and regions globally. In 2019, Shanghai BST offically became one of the wholly-funded subsidiaries of Shenzhen Inovance Technology Group.
