· We have upgraded titanium and high-end accessory materials, such as: set diamond /jewelry, shells,ox horn etc. to improve product value, and we reduced workers number into 200.
· We started to prepare "glasses in 18K gold with natural gem inlaided" production line.
· The 20th anniversary for Yangjun factory, we set up our brand "YUSHAN" in Taiwan. "YUSHAN" named by yushan mountain that one of Chinese ten famous mountains.
· Titanium glasses manufacturing process, from raw materials, via forming, strectching, squeezing, engraving and become different accessories, then through welding, polishing, electroplating, assembling to be the finished products. During these processes, we not only take the original equipment technology but also use a lot of computerized equipment to optimize the product process: such as computer winding, cutting, laser welding, laser cutting, laser typing, computer wire cutting. Computer carved machine, ect., The production process is always kept improving by us.
· Glasses in 18k gold is the high-end, expensive metal materials. Based on the titanium manafacturing condidtions, we use the special process to upgrade the glasses technology into another high level, such as: gold casting, gold dissolving, natural diamonds, red sapphire setting
