■Confectionery
Since the establishment of Imuraya, the Confectionery Division has served and supported the entire group as a core business. We produce a wide variety of products from Japanese traditional Wagashi sweets, including Yokan (Azuki bean jelly) and Dorayaki (pancake with Azuki bean paste), to a variety of other desserts.
■Processed Food
We offer various healthy and safe food products based on our long-time seller “Yude-Azuki” (sweetened Azuki bean paste), including “Zenzai (sweet porridge with Azuki beans),” “Kori-mitsu” (shaved ice syrup), and “Sekihan” mix (Sekihan is sticky rice steamed with Azuki beans).
■Steamed Food
We provide steamed products, which are commercially available at convenience stores and supermarkets, such as “Nikuman” (steamed bun with meat filling) and “Anman” (steamed bun with sweetened Azuki bean filling).
■Ice Cream
Led by our “Azuki bar” with rich Azuki flavor, we provide original ice cream products in Japanese, Western, and semi-Western styles.
We also produce and distribute ice cream products in the United States made with Japanese techniques.
■Chilled (Refrigerated) Food
We develop small-sized tofu and other food products, such as “Nikuman” and “Anman,” that use organic ingredients, and can be stored for a long time, to quickly fit with changes in people’s dietary lifestyle.
■Frozen Confection
Our quick-freezing technology enables us to fully retain the fresh taste of our Japanese Wagashi sweets upon production.
Our developmental focus is placed on producing food products tailored to the needs of customers, such as retaining a pleasant taste over a long period, and to eat only what you need, when you want it.
