The Company was jointly established by First Capital Securities Co., Ltd. (which owns a 70% equity stake in the Company) and Shenzhen Jinhexin Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (30%). Registered in Qianhai, Shenzhen, the forefront of reform, with registered capital of RMB170 million, Truvalue Asset Management’s scope of business comprises publicly offered fund raising, sale of funds, segregated account asset management and other businesses licensed by China Securities Regulatory Commission. As of the first quarter of 2017, total assets under the Company’s management amounted to more than RMB380 billion. The Company employs more than 300 people currently.
