1.量化部门合伙人：拥有至少三年的相关工作经验，能够结合基本面的深入研究与大量数学模型来构建量化交易体系，具体负责量化策略，包括量化选股，量化期货，量化债券和量化对冲等策略。
2.投资经理：拥有至少三年在Long-Short Hedge Fund或大型买方的工作经验，有能力带领研究团队对上市公司做深入的研究。
