The Cambridge University - Nanjing Centre of Technology and Innovation (CUNJC) is the University of Cambridge's first major research centre outside the United Kingdom, with the mission to support the cooperation between the University of Cambridge and China. The main focus of CUNJC is high-impact scientific research, engineering innovation and technology development and transfer. The Centre aims to take innovation to a new level through integrating existing scientific expertise and technology to address local industrial needs.
Building on Cambridge's world leading expertise and facilities, the Centre is committed to contributing and strengthening Nanjing's technology innovation ecosystem and creating links with leading Chinese universities, research institutes and industry partners. It will promote talent gathering and development through training and international academic exchanges and collaborations to build strong connections among internationally leading researchers in China, Cambridge and beyond.
