7：If any dispute occurred on board, our legal department will send the professional email to master on board/our customer in time and assist our surveyor to issue the SOF/LOP with clear evidences. all process will be done by our legal department. we also offer professional after-sales service when the charter argue with owner abt BIMO dispute resolution clause
