太康精密設立於2002年11月，為信邦電子及緯創投資的子公司，主係提供各式連接器產品及零組件暨客製化服務。公司總部及研發中心設於台灣，並於中國中山設有工廠。公司原為主要研發、生產及銷售筆記型電腦及週邊產品、桌上型電腦、電視及網路通訊等3C應用相關之連接器專業製造商；近年持續發展非3C應用類別之電子連接器及模組類產品，如太陽能、電動機車及電動自行車連接器等綠能產業應用，擴大產品組合。
太康精密長期深耕於綠能產業相關市場，於2016年開始切入太陽能產業大電流連接器市場，2017年切入電動輔助自行車產業應用，並於2018年開始進入電動機車市場及相關車用市場領域，並獲得汽車行業品管驗證，2020年取得歐洲知名新創品牌電動自行車廠商之獨家OEM訂單。目前公司已通過 ISO 9001、ISO14001、ISO45001、QC080000、IATF16949等各項認證，擁有自有技術及專利逾80件，透過不斷創新、採用先進的工程和製造技術，提供優質且完整的產品組合以助客戶面對快速變化的市場需求，成為可靠的連接器解決方案提供廠商。
