奇景光電於民國九十年六月十二日創立，是一家專業的驅動 IC 設計公司，總部設於台南，在台北、新竹也分別設有技術研發與行銷業務辦公室。為了服務客戶，奇景在日本、韓國、大陸等地，也陸續成立了技術支援與業務辦公室。
奇景專精各種 TFT-LCD 相關應用的平面顯示器之積體電路的研發、設計、製造管理與銷售。其終端運用產品範圍涵蓋手機、數位相機、數位攝影機、汽車用的顯示器、手持式 DVD 播放器、筆記型電腦、液晶顯示器，以及液晶電視等等。
