Equipped with the most advanced automatic production lines, we produce baby diapers, walking pants, pull pants and etc. Risheng has also developed high-end brands, for example, Bangbyki and Yoorja, which already succeeded in potentiating into the market for a younger generation.
"Light soft core" is the core technology of our products. It is the magic of soft power that allows it to gain attention rapidly. Thanks to the multiple channel-integrated marketing plan, it forms a closed loop of online and offline sales, building a digital base for the brand.
Our manufacturing is in Laoshan Industrial Zone, Huadu District, Guangzhou City, covering an area of nearly 40,000 square meters and equipping with production team, research team, packaging department, quality control team and logistics team.
Being innovative and creative is our top priority, thus we has invested heavily to train a top-notch scientific research team with more than 130 technicians at all expense. They have visited world famous industries to learn advanced technologies and find best raw materials, sparing no effort in helping Risheng remain its leading position.
The production workshop strictly follows the international production standards and follows the clean room control process. The workshop adopts the internationally-advanced automatic baby diapers machine, aseptic operation and fine production process. There are 6 production lines for diapers and pull pants , monthly production capacity up to 60 million pieces. The annual total production reached to 720 million.
Every finished product is tested before leaving the facility, including SAP Test, PH Value Test and Water Absorption Test. The batch is only released once we make sure all testing results 100% comply with the international standards
