Wuxi Hongda Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. has a more than 50 years forging history. Hongda is the director unit of China Forging Association and China Heavy Machinery Association.
We have 8000/2500/800 tons of CNC fast forging hydraulic unit, Φ 8m ring rolling machine and other forging equipments, with a maximum specification of 6m × 3m × 2m fully computerized electric furnace and supporting heat treatment equipments such as quenching medium imported from the United States and various large-scale machining equipments.
In 2001, "Nanjing Boda Heavy Forging Co., Ltd." was established, which had 4000 ton CNC hydraulic machine and other forging equipments and various large-scale machining equipments.
At present, Hongda has an annual production capacity of more than Max weight of single forgings product reaches more than 80 tons.
Max O.D. of ring forgings is 8m. Maximum length of shaft forgings is 14m.
The power station boiler forgings, high-pressure vessel forgings, hydrogenation reactor forgings, wind power forgings, marine forgings, lifting hook forgings and large and medium-sized mechanical equipment forgings are sold in the fields of electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, transportation, building materials, heavy machinery and so on.
Hongda has obtained the factory certificate of classification societies in China, Britain, France, the United States, South Korea, Germany, Italy, Norway and other countries.
