LeadingCommunicationは、2019年にクリエイターを0から育てるプロダクション事業からスタートいたしました。
2020年にはTikTokとの公式MCNを締結したことで、TikTokを軸にしたSNSマーケティング会社へと進化しています！
2023年現在は所属クリエイターの総フォロワー数が3,600万(総クリエイター数300人)を突破し、熱量高いファンコミュニティの影響力をを武器に、インフルエンサーのキャスティンや広告運用、アカウント運用代行などを中心としたSNSマーケティング事業を行なっています。
