浙江凯利新材料股份有限公司（原名浙江凯利包装材料有限公司，于2012年股份制改制更名）创建于2002年，位于浙江省绍兴县柯东工业园区，总占地面积82578平方米，总资产近9亿。现有员工约150人，2014年，销售额8.5亿元，出口额6千多万美元，净利润3千多万元。公司拥有世界上最先进的2条BOPP薄膜生产线设备和1条高速英国进口真空镀膜深加工生产线，设备全部采用大型可编程序计算机控制，通过中央控制室控制整个生产过程。目前有绍兴和大连两大生产基地，总年产量达15万吨，总年产值20亿元，是一家专业生产、销售12-60μm的各种规格通用BOPP包装膜、功能膜及镀铝膜的国家高新技术企业。公司先后被评为“国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业”、“省科技型中小企业”、“省先进制造业基地”、“省企业技术中心”、“省高企研发中心”、“省信息化试点企业”、“市专利示范企业”、“市认证管理示范企业”、“绍兴市环境友好企业”等等。
