PCITC is a Join Venture by Sinopec and PCCW in 2002. Currently, it has a number of Branch Offices in China and beyond, including research institutes and six innovation labs in Beijing, Nanjing and Xi’an. As the result of its R&D efforts, PCITC is now the holder of 130 software copyrights.
