莹辉集团有限公司创立于1983年，现拥有酒店、照明两大事业群。酒店事业群辖东莞豪门大饭店、西安皇城豪门酒店两家五星级酒店，均为地区首屈一指的酒店。拥有员工1,000多人，酒店房间708间，总投资规模逾10亿元人民币。照明事业群，是一个在照明领域实现全球化、多元化经营，力求精益求精，全方位发展的跨国公司。以灯饰制造、销售为主营业务，凭借良好的产品设计、完善的销售渠道及优良的产能，业务遍及美洲、欧洲及亚洲等国家。莹辉集团于1999年在香港联交所正式上市编号为1163成为亚洲区第一家上市的照明产品供货商。集团于2001年开始拓展中国市场，并拟定一系列营销策略，创立自有品牌【LED莹辉居家照明】、【百得诗特】、【百照王】，【LED PRO】,【BLC&TACA】用以推广商业照明和居家照明产品，透过积极的推广活动建立三大品牌的知名度及市场占有率。2002年在上海正式成立莹辉照明中国销售总部。集团目前辖下公司众多，并全资拥有两家五星级饭店，成为集团天然的灯饰展厅。集团现有员工5000余人。
