CUMEC (Chongqing United Micro-Electronics Center) is cofounded by chongqing government and CETC (china electronics technology group corporation) in 2018/10. We are building a pilot production line for both 8 inch and 12 inch in chongqing, with total investment of over 2 bilion dollars. We aims to establish an open access platform for silicon photonics and electroncs fabrication in China. We focus on advanced and customized device and process development, combine design, fabrication and packaging together for product development.
