They also have the potential to create empathy, understanding, and the possibility to see things from another's perspective, which in turn, leads to greater empathy, understanding, and so on. Through the listening and through the telling, we learn. And, from learning comes growth. And, from growth comes change. And, from change comes evolution.
In other words: our words, the beliefs beneath them, the intent behind them, and how we say them can quite literally change our very existence for the better.
I invite you to dive into and excavate your own stories, to boldly (or vulnerably) share them and see what happens.
