We provide a safe, friendly, warm and homely service, whose ethos is to empower individuals with independence, choice, rights and inclusion.
We aim to help young people and adults to reach their fullest potential by offering a caring and supported home environment that provides them with structure, stability and bespoke packages of support to address their individual needs thus leading on to the opportunity to live independently.
The service offers the opportunity for individuals to live within supported accommodation, and to have the choice of staff support with maintaining welfare and choice, support with daily living skills, support with emotional needs, whilst maintaining a level of independence which meets with the
assessed needs of the individual.
1st Choice Housing Solutions wants to offer a managed service that offers a future to those who need it and be able to see individuals gain self-respect, confidence, skills, education and prospects that are comfortable and at a level that they feel is possible for them to manage independently and in the community.
The young people and adults we work with are always at the forefront of our mind, which allows us to be an outcomes focused organisation that responds effectively to the needs of each individual whilst delivering all of our services to the highest of standards.
