20APY: SIMPLIFYING FINANCIAL FREEDOM WITH DECENTRALIZED FINANCE
20APY is a fintech that uses high-yield alternative investments and zero-interest credit to simplify Financial Freedom.
We employ blockchain technology to issue RWA Tokens that offer a fixed return of 20% per year, and the funds raised are used to foster the credit market in Brazilin low-risk operations.
When a client purchases our tokens, we release 70% of the invested value as credit with a payback term of up to 30 days without interest. After this period, we apply a 3% monthly rate.
The tokens have a buyback period of 60 months but can be resold on the secondary market at any time, with a transaction fee of 0.5%.
WHY BRAZIL?
Brazil is an emerging economy with a robust financial system and one of the world's highest banking spreads.
The local banking spread is the difference between the yield on investments, around 10% per year, and the credit rates, which can reach up to 500% per year.
BRAZILIAN CREDIT MARKET
According to the Central Bank of Brazil, the country's credit market is worth about R$16.2 trillion (approximately US$3.24 trillion).
Interest rates fluctuated between 2.00% and 14.25% over the last ten years, while inflation ranged from 1.88% to 12.13%.
MARKET OPPORTUNITY
About 59% of credit operations are processed by in the country's four largest banks.
While 78% of Brazilian families are in debt, the banks continue to rack in continually growing quarterly profits.
