We’re a North London-based charity supporting people who face barriers to employment — including adults with autism or other neurodivergent conditions, refugees, and young people with additional needs — by giving them the skills, experience and confidence to succeed.
We put people first and offer workplace experience and structured IT training programmes which give our trainees hands-on experience in refurbishing IT hardware, digital skills, and workplace readiness.
Our inclusive and accredited Tech 10 programme takes place in a working IT workshop, where trainees learn how to repair, recondition and redistribute donated laptops and devices. This circular economy model helps reduce e-waste and bridges the digital divide — ensuring that refurbished tech is passed on to schools, families and community groups who need it most.
We offer:

• IT recycling with free device collection and secure data wiping
• Opportunities for businesses to support inclusive hiring and digital access.
