2N2K Deutschland e.V. ist ein im Jahr 2016 gegründetes Netzwerk, das sowohl in Deutschland als auch in der Schweiz in zahlreichen Kultursparten über praktische Umsetzungserfahrungen und umfangreiche Netzwerkkontakte verfügt.
Ziel des Netzwerks Nachhaltigkeit in Kunst und Kultur (2N2K) ist es, Nachhaltigkeit im Kunst- und Kulturbetrieb in Theorie und Praxis zu fördern, zu verankern und damit die Zukunftsfähigkeit des Sektors zu sichern. Dazu unterstützt 2N2K sowohl Kultureinrichtungen, Organisationen und Initiativen des Kulturbereichs als auch Kulturschaffende bei der Entwicklung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und -aktivitäten.
Von 2018 bis 2020 führte das Netzwerk, gefördert vom Fonds Soziokultur, das Vorhaben „Klimaneutrale Veranstaltungen in der soziokulturellen Praxis“ durch. Zu seinen aktuellen Projekten zählt in Deutschland die vom Bundesklimaministerium geförderte Initiative Culture4Climate und in der Schweiz das von der Mercator Stiftung geförderte Projekt Happy Museums – Nachhaltigkeit konkret in Schweizer Museen.
