Capability: Our primary objective is to seek long term perspectives on environmental change influencing consumer behaviour. Once these are set, the short term brand objectives become easier to manage. We then seek to leverage consumer insights in communication that deliver value over a lifetime and amortise investments over a longer brand cycle.
