Wir beschäftigen uns mit der Herstellung und dem Vertrieb von Industriebedarfsartikeln. Vorrangig werden hierbei technische Teile aus Thermoplasten gefertigt. Dies geschieht auf 14 zentral gesteuerten, vollautomatischen Spritzgussmaschinen mit Schließkräften zwischen 500 und 1500 kN. Das maximale Schussgewicht liegt bei ca. 250g.
Unser Spezialgebiet ist die Fertigung von Verbindungs- und Stellelementen aus Polyamid für die mittelständische Investitionsgüterindustrie.
Darüber hinaus verkaufen wir zu unseren Steckverbindern passende Aluminiumprofile in Herstellungslängen (6m) oder individuell nach Kundenwunsch zugeschnitten.
Der modulare Aufbau unseres Lieferprogrammes aus Eigenfertigung sowie der von uns hergestellten Spritzgieß-Werkzeuge ermöglicht uns für mehrere Produktgruppen (auch Hybridteile) die Produktion nicht-katalogisierter Varianten zum Preis vergleichbarer Standardartikel ohne Berechnung von Werkzeugkosten.
Die Fertigung von Sonderteilen nach Muster und/oder Zeichnung ist möglich, gerne auch mit firmeneigenem Logo! Die Werkzeugeinsätze hierzu fertigen wir in unserem hauseigenen Werkzeugbau.
