Das Konzept von 485 Grad hat seine Wurzeln in der originalen Pizza Napoletana und ihrem traditionellen Herstellungsprozess aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Das Besondere daran? Wir belassen es dabei. Und genau deshalb heben wir uns von der Masse ab!
Denn nirgendwo sonst in Deutschland findet man so leckere Pizza wie bei uns: nach 72 Stunden Teigruhe bei 485 Grad in 60 Sekunden mit dem typischen Leopardenmuster am Rand gebacken – aus den besten neapolitanischen Zutaten wie Fior di Latte Mozzarella und San Marzano Tomaten. Dazu belegt mit sorgfältig ausgesuchten, hochwertigen Produkten und jeden Monat neuen Kreationen, die es so garantiert nirgendwo anders gibt!
