Founded in 2000. We were the flagship real estate franchise with more than 180 offices worldwide. It was a successful and amazing time when the internet business was booming and we had one of the first real estate agency collaboration platforms to exchange leads and objects. We sold it in 2004 and focused on consulting and management.
We have screened the market and developed sustainable business models in various industries that are still successful today.
Currently we're advising and supporting several selected companies with crisis-proof business models, especially during the 2020 pandemic.
2008-2015 we invested in a new booming business field. With a majority share in AREALCONTROL GmbH, Telematics IT & IoT, we created a sustainable SME with hundreds of customers in all economic sectors. The growth is very clearly in the double-digit percentage range. Based on a robust cloud solution.
Since 2019 we have been coaching and designing future-oriented cloud solutions for a parcel service that is already highly profitable and active in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for more 10+ years.
