In 2018 I started 4YaParty Wedding & Events. It is a venue styling business that caters to all types of events including but not limited to; weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate, charity events, kids parties, christenings, funerals and more.
We transform venues using upcycled decor and handmade items. Many of our pieces were made from recycled materials and reclaimed wood so that we have minimal impact on the environment around us. We source our stock second hand when possible and only work on a hire basis to ensure a circular economy. We cover a small catchment area in our electric van to keep our carbon footprint low and we plant a tree for every booking. For us it’s planet over profit. We are now multi award winning sustainable event suppliers, accredited with the Sustainable Wedding Alliance and Carbon Literate Certified. We are members of The Organisation of Responsible Businesses and we are People and Planet first verified.
I have been asked to speak about my sustainability journey on panels and present at Universities, Corporates and Local Council.
Off the back of 4YaParty’s success, I’ve started supporting sole traders on how to make their businesses more sustainable in an ever demanding environment. In 2025, 4YaBiz was born!
