WHAT WE DO
5 for Fairness is an online community dedicated to making the world fair for girls. We believe that girls deserve to share fully in the best humanity has to offer: education, human rights and the opportunity to live healthy, productive and meaningful lives. We award $5000 grants to organizations that share our goal.
HOW WE DO IT
We each contribute a minimum of $5 to our Grant Account. As the Grant Account grows, we create and evaluate Teams for organizations working to make the world fair for girls. When our Grant Account reaches $5000, we vote to decide where to send our grant, choosing from among the five Teams with the most supporters.We send the winning Team a check.
