Five Pillars Real Estate, or fondly known as "5 Pillars Real Estate", established in the December of 2017, is a newly formed company that is extending its roots in the UAE Real Estate industry.
We are a registered company with the Dubai Economic Department under commercial license no. 796855. We are also registered with the Dubai Land Department - Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) having ORN 20487.
Although in its inception, the co-founders of the company have a combined 30 years of Real Estate experience in UAE, having closed transactions in excess of AED 1 Billion.
Our sales directors have tasted success in the past, by being at the forefront of individual transactions in excess of 100 million, and above.
We have existing and tailored property packages to meet investors as well as end-users' requirements, offering a mix of residential, commercial and industrial properties that include selling and leasing. We cover all the major freehold areas of Dubai and have a complete understanding of the Real Estate Regulations in Dubai.
Our agents are RERA-qualified and provide insight and in-depth knowledge of the complete buying procedures that a client encounters during the purchase of the property. Starting from the search of the property, until you move-in to your property, or starting getting rental yields in it, it is always a smooth transition throughout the whole process while dealing with 5 Pillars Real Estate.
