For those who do graduate secondary school, the quality of education and learning outcomes often fail to equip them with the skills needed to succeed in higher education or secure meaningful employment. As a result, millions of young people are unable to realize their full potential, perpetuating cycles of poverty, inequality, and economic stagnation.
Since 2018, A Child’s Notebook has supported students in Southeast Asia, with a focus on Laos, who face educational barriers due to poverty, geographic isolation, and ethnic marginalization. Our focus is on partnering with communities who often lack access to funding, and who receive limited attention and resources from other NGOs.
