A-consult is een gecertificeerd asbestinventarisatiebureau volgens de Arbeidsomstandighedenregeling Bijlage XIIIa.
Voorafgaand aan sloop of renovatie is het wettelijk verplicht een asbestinventarisatie uit te laten voeren door een gecertificeerd asbestinventarisatiebedrijf.
Onze werkwijze
Na het verstrekken van de opdracht wordt er ten eerste deskresearch uitgevoerd. Dit houdt in dat wij bouwtekeningen, bestekken, foto’s en eerdere rapportages doornemen en eventueel een interview met de opdrachtgever of bewoners voeren. Vervolgens zal één van onze DIA’s (Deskundig Inventariseerder Asbest) op locatie komen om monsters te nemen van asbesthoudende en/of asbestverdachte toepassingen. Deze monsters worden door een geaccrediteerd laboratorium geanalyseerd. De resultaten zullen worden beschreven in de rapportage. De hoogte van het asbestrisico wordt bepaald en aan de hand van de rapportage kan het asbestsaneringsbedrijf de wijze voor het verwijderen vaststellen.
