HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
Through a no-risk Consulting Agreement, A&M can provide long- or short-term support, for a series of engagements or for individual assignments.
A&M offers four areas of service:
♦ Business Development—includes strategic planning, pipeline support, bid/no-bid assessments, lead qualification, capture, and strategic partnering
♦ Proposal Management and Development—includes planning, scheduling, management, writing, editing, reviews, quality control, and orals coaching
♦ Training and Facilitation—includes facilitation of strategic planning sessions, training in best practices for Government contracting, and BD and proposal training
♦ Conference and Meeting Management—includes program planning, site selection, promotion, registration, logistics, onsite support, and report writing
If you need our services immediately, we will prepare a Consulting Agreement for
your review within 1 day after agreeing upon the Statement of Work and Schedule
of Deliverables.
