We work across schemes of all shapes and sizes and on all project facets. These include feasibility studies, development and options appraisals, governance and management structure reviews, key stakeholder, partner and audience development and engagement plans, project and development management and operational mobilisation plans. We also develop full business plan appraisals and reviews including exploration of funding mechanisms across the public and private sectors.
