1. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DESIGN AND CONSULTANCY WORKS:
a) Study of the architectural drawing.
b) Consult with architect if required.
c) Prepare Fitting, Fixing and Conduit Layout.
d) Prepare SB, SDB and MDB ckt diagram.
e) Prepare cable selection for every floor SDB
& SDB for community.
f) Prepare cable selection for SB, MDB,
HT & LT cable for Sub-station & Generator.
g) Prepare load schedule for every floor SDB.
h) Selection of Sub-Station capacity & power
distribution arrangement.
i) Prepare single line diagram of Sub-Station.
j) Selection of Generator capacity & power distribution arrangement.
k) Prepare Sub-Station and Generator Layout.
l) Prepare Earthing Layout.
m) Prepare Dish and PABX System Layout.
n) Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and Technical Specification of the project.
2. PLUMBING & SANITARY SYSTEM DESIGN AND CONSULTANCY WORKS:
a) Design and drawing potable water storage
and supply system.
