Yes we do ABA data analytics. Making ABA data easy to record and analyze is definitely ONE essential element for a high performing ABA team. But it's not the ONLY thing!
High performing ABA teams are more focused, collaborative, and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances. The trouble is, most ABA teams never learned how to be a "team" in the first place!

Besides having a centralized data management system, here are a few questions you can ask to determine if your ABA team is really as effective as it can be:
- do you rely on emails for team communication?
- do team members come to you with questions before they become problems?
- can you see where your autistic learner is at, with a single glance?
- are behaviour plans consistent outside the ABA room?
It may be tempting to view many of these as tool or process issues. Tools and processes are really just possible solutions. You might think you have a tool problem when you've really got a communication problem, because you're not using the right tool for the job (email is a common example of this).
