ABCD was initiated by group of likeminded friends who are working in the corporate sector and social development field for more than 20 years. It’s a not-for-profit organization registered under sec 8 of the Companies Act 2013. Basically, the idea is utilizing the skills, and learnings, experience for the welfare of the society and to give back to the society what we have learned and gained over the periods. It came into existence with a foot for thought of “Giving back to the Society”. It’s not an overnight thought but we have been brainstorming on this for the past 3-4 years. At this juncture of our career when we all decide to settle down; we thought of settling in such a way that our efforts will make a difference to the society. Being into different sectors throughout our career of almost two decades, our learnings and experiences have taught us a lot of learnings in our life. And to take it forward we decided to experiment and distribute our learning of ABCD to that part of our society which is neglected in lot many aspects. This thought give birth to ABCD Welfare Foundation which stands correctly to our motive – Action for Bringing Change & Development Welfare Foundation.
