MicroBreak Plus is an ergonomics tool that promotes positive, self-managed behaviour among employees, reducing the impact and likelihood of injury and stress related absence through a series of desk-based micro-breaking exercises. Over 40% of long-term employment absences are due to musculoskeletal pains or issues, with the average cost of these absences equalling £570 per employee, per year. MicroBreak Plus allows organisations to implement a preventative and proactive measure at an organisational level, to enhance employee well-being, reduce absenteeism, save money and measure staff practises through inbuilt monitoring, reporting and analysis tools.
