I provide the Tax Planning as a Management Tool and not as a tax avoidance tool. Considering the tax systems that accept certain Tax Planning practices, as can be seen in the cases of deductions from collection, tax exemptions and benefits that the law attributes.
3.MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS
Storage in electronic files of all accounting documents of companies, businesses, and transactions of individuals. These, depending on the country of origin, are required to keep documents of their activities for at least 05 to 10 years.
