Philosophie
Du kannst nur wachsen, wenn du Dich wohlfühlst. Wenn du Dich wohlfühlst, hast du Freude an dem was Du tust. Bei uns findest Du Coaching auf Augenhöhe und eine familiäre, gemeinschaftliche Atmosphäre, denn was wir tun, tun wir aus Leidenschaft.
Personal Training / Online Coaching
Wir setzen auf individuelles Coaching, dass Dich an dein Ziel bringt. Wir bieten 1:1 Personal Training vor Ort sowie auch ein ausgereiftes Online Coaching an. So können wir uns einem intensiv eingespannten Arbeitsalltag flexibel und erfolgreich anpassen.
In individuell festgelegtem Zeitrahmen (mind. 4 Monate) wird der Status Quo aufgenommen sowie Ziele und Fahrplan festgelegt. Das Tempo bestimmst Du. In 1:1 Sitzungen (online oder vor Ort) besprechen wir Deine Fortschritte und setzen neue Zwischenziele.
Unser Körper ist ein absolutes Meisterwerk und wir sind immer bestrebt, Dir mitzugeben, wieso Du was tust und wie es dir auf Deinem weiteren Weg hilft.
So wirst Du noch lange über das Coaching hinaus vom Training und Wissen profitieren.
Trainingstherapie
Die Trainingstherapie ist ein starkes Fundament unserer Arbeit. Wir sehen das Training ganzheitlich und als präventive Altersvorsorge. Wir bauen unsere Trainings mit Dir so auf, dass du unter ganzheitlichen Aspekten trainierst und verlieren dabei Dein Ziel nie aus den Augen.
Teamtraining
Wir bieten gemeinsames Training in Kleingruppen von max. 8 Personen an. Das Training ist in verschiedenen Zyklen geplant, damit deine optimalen Fortschritte gewährleistet sind.
