Ons streven is om onze klanten in staat te stellen om de dingen te blijven doen die zij belangrijk vinden. Onze klanten bepalen zelf op welke manier wij kunnen ondersteunen, zodat zij zo lang en gelukkig mogelijk thuis kunnen blijven wonen.
Bij alles wat we doen gaan we uit van de mogelijkheden en talenten van mensen. We willen dat mensen groeien en tot hun recht komen. Dit geldt niet alleen voor onze klanten, maar ook voor onze medewerkers. Actief Zorg heeft “Geluk Dichtbij” als uitgangspunt in haar werkwijze.
