En mai 2022, le COFRAC a validé le nouveau dispositif d’évaluation des ESSMS, élaboré par la HAS suite à la loi du 24 juillet 2019.
Il existe deux types d’évaluations : l’une, externe, est désormais effectuée tous les cinq ans au lieu de sept, par un organisme accrédité par le COFRAC. L’autre concerne l’amélioration continue et il est recommandé de la passer tous les deux ans, voire chaque année.
Il va falloir prendre en mains un nouveau référentiel unique qui compte trois chapitres, neuf thématiques, 42 objectifs et 157 critères, dont dix-huit impératifs.
Mais aussi, une toute nouvelle méthodologie d’évaluation de la HAS, qui introduit quatre outils spécifiques : l’accompagné-traceur, le traceur-ciblé, l’audit système, l’entretien avec le Conseil de Vie Sociale.
Le tout avec un tout nouvel outil à appréhender pour les établissements et structures et les évaluateurs externes : la plateforme SYNAE.
Il y a deux défis à relever :
1/ Pour les organismes d’évaluation : l’accréditation du COFRAC selon la norme EN ISO/IEC 17020. ACTIONS FORMATIONS est accrédité
2/ Pour les ESSMS : mener les auto-évaluations en interne, sur SYNAE , avec les nouveaux outils afin de bien se préparer à l’évaluation externe.
Vous l’aurez compris, tous les professionnels du secteur doivent relever le défi et participer activement à ces évolutions, certains vont devoir se structurer pour répondre aux exigences.
