We are all too sedentary, especially at the office. More so now that we are having to work from home. We are at our desks or kitchen table starring at the lap top, PC or tablet and before we know it several hours have past. Perhaps the only movement has been the twitch of the mouse, the flick of the finger or the hands typing out numerous emails.
Being hunched and cramped over desks/kitchen tables, or even worse the lap top sitting on the sofa, results in those aches and pains we all have experienced. Coupled with the lethargy we feel, due to our poor circulation and our oxygen intake being greatly reduced, results in a significant drop in our productivity along with the potential for long term health issues.
