Inspired by Osho's insight that "Courage is the act of the heart," we focus on a creative process that starts within, waking the forces of will. Our approach is guided by our own personal journey, which has taught us that creativity thrives when we work from a place of genuine inspiration rather than perfectionism. We integrate techniques from circus performers, theatre, yoga, and movement, emphasizing the power of stepping outside our comfort zones to catalyze development and resilience, celebrating mistakes as valuable learning experiences. We’ve also learnt the importance of balancing growth with self-acceptance. Recognizing that constant striving can overwhelm, we emphasize a harmonious dance between challenge and self-compassion. Accepting that we are enough as we are, while continuously pushing our boundaries, fosters both progress and inner peace. Heart Speakers builds on these values, focusing on the courage needed to harness the voice—the most powerful instrument we have, as Julian Treasure describes. Our online community and course, that will be available soon, is being designed to help professionals develop impactful leadership skills and communicate effectively.
