At Acton Academy St. George, we believe that every person, parent or child, who enters our doors will find a calling that will change the world. Acton Academy St. George is founded by Ian and Stephanie Lindsey. The love for their children, a deep passion for learning, and their entrepreneurial background make this another step, albeit an important one, in their Hero's Journey.
Acton Academy St. George is modeled after the first Acton Academy in Austin, TX started by Jeff and Laura Sandefer. Ian was a former student of Jeff's at the Acton School of Business and they both are long-time fans of the Acton model, Ian and Stephanie were inspired to bring this remarkable educational model to St. George, UT. Acton Academy and Acton Academy St. George work in a very close collaborative relationship to share curricula, processes, systems, and strategies to help make each learner-driven community the best it possibly can be.
