3) semmering-rax.group:
This business area operates a number of facility management/Co-Living space/guest house sites. This includes taking full or partial responsibility for the site through a partnership model. Hereby, it is important to provide customers with a high degree of automation as well as significant cost savings. To achieve this, promising AI & IoT supported approaches are leveraged through the application of services supplied by the adde.ai business area. Currently a low double digit number of sites in Vienna, Lower Austria, Northern Italy and Southern Sweden are covered.
