Elle œuvre ainsi pour la création d’opportunités commerciales et de partenariats pour les entreprises et les institutions principalement basées en région Midi-Pyrénées avec les pays du bassin méditerranéen, de l’Union européenne ou de l’Asie Centrale, et ce, dans une logique « gagnant-gagnant ».
The Agency for Cultural and Economic Development North-South (ADEC-NS) is a non-governmental organization which holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and which works to develop exchanges between French and foreign institutions (companies, groups, enterprises, universities, institutions, individuals, etc.).
Since its creation in 2004, the Agency has invited over 80 foreign ambassadors and dignitaries. It has organized and conducted economic meetings and numerous dinner debates with more than 3000 participants. Located in Toulouse (France), it promotes international development and favors inter regional and international cooperation. The ADEC-NS works to create commercial opportunities and partnerships for companies and institutions mainly located in the Midi-Pyrénées region and with the Mediterranean area, the European Union and Central Asia. Everything it does is on a win-win strategy.
