Az AdniJóga célja, hogy fenntartható módon juttassa el a jóga meditatív, testi és lelki harmóniára ösztönző elemeit nehéz élethelyzetbe kényszerült emberekhez, akiknek egyébként nem lenne lehetősége jógázni. Tartunk órákat fogyatékkal élő fiataloknak, nehéz élethelyzetbe kényszerült nőknek, menekülteknek és állami gondozott, mélyszegénységben élő gyerekeknek is. Tavaly közel 300 ember vehetett részt ingyen mindfulness és jógaórán általunk.
A modellünk egyszerű: azért, hogy a jótékonysági partnerszervezeteknél tartott önkéntes órák költségeit fedezni tudjuk cégeknél tartunk irodai jógát. Azt is felajánljuk a céges partnereinknek, hogy kiválasszanak egy jótékonysági szervezetet, ahol ők finanszírozzák a jótékonysági jógát. Valamint pop-up órákat is tartunk Budapest különböző pontjain: a szabadban, koncertteremben, kávézóban.

AdniJóga is a Budapest-based social enterprise that provides access to the mental and physical benefits of yoga to those who would otherwise not be able to experience relaxation and calmness through movement and breath. We currently hold free yoga classes to refugees, disadvantaged ethnic groups and struggling single mothers, all in a sustainable way, thanks to our office yoga classes, which take place in central Budapest.
